How do I use the easy order feature?
Easy order allows you add items to your shopping cart by simply entering in the GBE Packaging Supplies model numbers from your catalog. Click "Go" and the product will be added to our shopping cart in the minimum order quantity amount.

Can I include a purchase order number on my order?
Proceed to checkout once you have finished shopping. At the bottom of the Payment portion of the checkout process, insert your PO number in the PO number field.
We work hard to keep backorders to a minimum but they do happen from time to time. Current dimensional weight charged by the shipping carriers now requires us to hold your order and ship complete whenever possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will ship your order as soon as the backorders arrive. Backorders have arrived before the expected due date as we receive trucks every day and we will ship your order as soon as it arrives. Tracking will be sent to you as soon as it is available. We will attempt to send an informational email to alert you about a back order. Please respond to this email if you would like to make any order changes or cancel the order.
We cannot change or add to an order. We can cancel an order before shipping so you can place a new or correct order. Orders go direct to the shipping department so please email us within 10 minutes of placing your order if you wish to cancel or place a new order.

How do I return merchandise?
Call 1-877-221-5199 or e-mail us to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from GBE Packaging Supplies cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted. We do not offer exchanges so please return merchandise you do not need and reorder the item you wanted an exchange for.
Note: There is a restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

How do I order from my search results?
Simply enter the quantity and click Add button to add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Continue shopping or go to checkout to finish your order.
If you are close to one of our warehouses you may choose pick up from your shipping options and save money on shipping costs. Pick Up addresses are below. GBE Packaging Supplies ships nationwide from three fulfillment centers located in Elgin, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; and Hazleton, Pennsylvania. We will send you a confirmation E-mail normally within an hour of placing your order to confirm it is available for pick up. GBE Packaging Supplies ships nationwide from three fulfillment centers located in Elgin, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; and Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Our website offers real-time shipping so the shipping costs are coming direct from the carriers so you know you are paying what we do and no more. Just register if you have not registered it just takes a moment and with real time shipping it helps us get the lowest shipping quote for your order. You can place a guest order but you will not have an order history saved under guest orders.
Just place items in your cart and then choose get shipping rates and we will get quotes for you from available carriers. In most cases standard UPS or Fed Ex might be your choice and they will deliver it right to your address.
You will also be offered additional services you may need for large freight orders such as, Inside Delivery or Lift Gate/Straight Truck. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery methods, please email or call 877-221-5199.
If you are within our Local Delivery Area our cart will offer you Local Delivery - This can be a great saving in shipping costs but please keep in mind this is meant for LTL (Less than Truckload) or (Truckloads) so they will deliver orders with a Semi Truck and expect to back into a loading dock and have access to a forklift. If you do not have a loading dock you may have to choose inside delivery or liftgate, pallet jack. Please note: Failure by customer to request required shipping accessories will result in the customer being charged after the order has been placed. Customer assumes liability for these charges regardless of whether they were or were not aware that these accessories were required at the time of the order being placed.

Shipping quotes include a variety of options to meet the needs of our customers including FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2-3 Day service. We cannot guarantee Same Day Shipping so if you need your order by a certain date, please request FedEx Next Day or FedEx 2-3 Day service and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please check your orders when they arrive! All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 24 hours of delivery – No Exceptions. The carriers will now deny any claim that was not indicated at time of delivery so please make the driver wait while you document any shortages or damages on the delivery slip or Bill of Laden when signing for a shipment.
Due to the current nature of the freight industry, our carriers have been enforcing stricter policies in terms of freight claims. In order for GBE Packaging to assist in your claim related inquiries, we are redesigning our freight claims department to better assist you.
If your order is damaged or items missing please contact our claims department, we will need the following information sent to our Claims Department within 24 hours of delivery to gbe@wi.rr.com
What should be sent to our Claims Department?
1. The signed POD noting damages, missing items/skids
2. If product is missing, indicate what item(s) and what quantity is missing or damaged/ defective
3. Pictures that show damages/ defective product
4. Indicate whether or not our black spray paint lines were intact on the skid(s)
5. PLEASE NOTE: signing your POD “Subject to count or Subject to inspection” is not a valid signature and the claim will be denied
Failure to provide the above documentation may result in your claim being denied.
Here are examples of how our skids should look upon delivery. Our goal is to ship to our valued customers on time and damage free. Each LTL shipment is stretch wrapped and labeled with our signature black spray paint line down each side of the skid. Please send this to your receiving team and if the shipment does not look like that below - have your team sign damaged/short immediately.
Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments. Inside Delivery requests are limited to areas that are directly accessible to the unloading area and no more than 25 feet from entry point of the designated doorway. Fees apply and can vary by carrier.
Military Bases have restricted access and require special notification to gain entry. Fees apply and vary per carrier.
Colleges are considered residential for carriers and residential rates apply.
Locations with limited access will require a straight truck delivery from carriers. Fees apply and vary by carrier.
LTL shipments to residential addresses and commercial addresses that do not have a loading dock require a lift gate. Fees apply and vary by carrier.
1-Freight companies require a signature at time of delivery. Please confirm order is complete and not damaged before signing. Please document any damage or shortage on all copies of the signature delivery sheet. Shippers will deny any claims that are not noted on the BOL or delivery receipt. It is their rule so please check your order. When we file a claim for damage they will check to see if damage or shortage was indicated at time of delivery so please make the driver wait as long as it takes to check your order or they will not approve a claim. All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 24 hours of delivery – No Exceptions
2-Failure to be present at time of delivery will cause carrier to schedule a redelivery. Carriers charge a redelivery fee.
3-Failure by customer to request required shipping accessories will result in the customer being charged after the order has been placed. Customer assumes liability for these charges regardless of whether they were or were not aware that these accessories were required at the time of the order being placed.
